Now in its 10th year, the SPA Star Awards by RedSpa Media are among the most respected accolades in the European spa and wellness world. The 2025 awards were held on 2 June at the Seezeitlodge Hotel & Spa in Saarland, Germany, where 21 outstanding wellness destinations were honoured across eight categories including Medical Spa, Newcomer, Green Concept, and Retreat.

Nominees are selected by an eight-member jury of travel journalists, spa professionals and wellness influencers, based on criteria including guest experience, innovativeness and holistic depth.
