This part of the Mount Med Resort – refurbished, reinterpreted and expanded – reflects the more recent history of what was once the old tithe barn. One of the oldest taverns in Tirol and a magnet for celebrities looking for something special and unspoilt, this part now form the resort’s nerve centre. In addition to the reception and reservations department, the extension houses both the Life Changing and Mount Med Spas. This is also where the Junior Suites and Suites with spa access, and the single rooms that are associated with clerical simplicity are to be found. Tradition and modernity in complete harmony.

Experience history at close range in the Monastic Heritage zone, the Mount Med Resort’s historic heart. Expertly revitalised, the 850-year-old masonry, timbers and fragments of stucco and wall paintings give us an indication of the building’s venerable history.
