My week at Mount Med was an unforgettable experience part retreat, part holiday and wholly transformative. The setting itself is stunning, with endless spaces to explore and a spa and pool area offering a wide range of therapies to enjoy between treatments.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

From the attentive doctors and personalised treatments to the evenings spent sipping healthy cocktails by the fire, every detail was thoughtfully curated. I left 2.5 kg lighter, feeling completely refreshed and reenergised. I can\u2019t wait to return.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
