<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\/ \u2018Mount Med is Fabulous!\u2019<\/h2><\/div>A short flight to the beautiful Innsbruck \u2013 a picture-perfect town nestled into a majestic range of snow-topped mountains \u2013 is followed by a short drive to the hotel. As I step out of the taxi, I sense the fresh air and smile, and as I look around, I notice that my vision is clear \u2013 the detoxing has begun.<\/p>\n
The rooms are stylish, cool, and calming, and the softness of the bed devours me. I\u2019m fussy about the aesthetics of a place, but this retreat is so brand new and well designed, with such exceptional attention to detail \u2013 I am blown away!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
\/ The Kilos Gently Fall Away<\/h3><\/div>After an initial analysis of my body, I am given my programme for the week. My aim is to lose weight and relax. However, the food is so delicious and plentiful, I doubt that I will fulfil my ambitions, but the kilos do gently fall away as I undertake the numerous heavenly massages and treatments designed to unwind my mind and free the tensions of my hectic life.<\/p>\n
The gym and spa are the best. The spa has multiple saunas and steam rooms, and an unforgettable mountain-view pool set in a lush and luxurious environment, dotted with sunbeds and daybeds and on-tap herbal tea. Perfection.<\/p>\n
My only complaint is there is too much to do, too many places to unwind, too many artfully prepared meals to consume, and calming yoga sessions to join.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The staff at Mount Med are the reason I loved it there so much.
